/KASE, June 27, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from June 30, 2025, KASE will suspend trading in common shares US35671D8570 (KASE Global sector, FCX_KZ) of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (USA) for repo transactions in trading regimes with participation of the central counterparty, which settlement date falls on July 15, 2025, and subsequent dates.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to KASE having the information that the register for payment of dividends on the specified shares will be recorded on July 15, 2025.

Trading in the specified shares on KASE will resume on July 17, 2025.
