The international agency S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook on ratings of Freedom Finance JSC, Freedom Finance Global PLC, Freedom Finance Europe Ltd and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC from Stable to Positive and confirmed the long-term and short-term ratings at B+/B amid strengthening of the risk management and compliance system. On the national scale, the ratings of Freedom Finance JSC and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC have been upgraded from kzBBB to kzBBB+. Freedom Holding Corp.'s rating was affirmed at B-.
