/KASE, June 26, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from June 27, 2025, KASE will suspend trading in common shares US57636Q1040 (KASE Global sector, MA_KZ) of Mastercard, Inc. (USA) for repo transactions in trading regimes with participation of the central counterparty, which settlement date falls on July 9, 2025, and subsequent dates.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to KASE having the information that the register for payment of dividends on the specified shares will be recorded on July 9, 2025.

Trading in the specified shares on KASE will resume on July 11, 2025.
