/KASE, June 25, 2025/ – Mangistaumunaigas JSC (KASE ticker – MMGZ) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated June 24, 2025.

The sole shareholder, among other things, decided to distribute the company's retained earnings in the amount of 41,944,210,000 tenge to pay dividends based on results of 2024:

• the dividend amount per one common and one preferred share is 385 tenge;
• dividends on preferred shares in the amount of 419,442,100 tenge to be paid on June 25, 2025;
• dividends on common shares in the amount of 41,524,767,900 tenge to be paid on June 26, 2025.
