/KASE, June 20, 2025/ – Shubarkol Premium JSC (KASE ticker – SHUP) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 18, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for 2024;
• to approve the audited separate financial statements of the company for 2024;
• to distribute the company's net income to pay dividends on common shares.

In total, decisions were made on seven agenda items at the general meeting of shareholders.
