/KASE, June 16, 2025/ – Ai Karaauyl JSC (KASE ticker – AKRL) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 30, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited (separate and consolidated) financial statements of the company for 2024;
• not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2024.
