/KASE, June 13, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of June 16, 2025, trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US5949181045 (sector "KASE Global", MSFT_KZ) of Microsoft Corporation with settlement date on August 21, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on August 25, 2025;

2) US1491231015 (sector "KASE Global", CAT _ KZ) of Caterpillar, with settlement date on July 21, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on July 23, 2025;

3) US68389X1054 (sector "KASE Global", ORCL_KZ) of ORACLE​ CORPORATION, with settlement date on July 10, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on July 14, 2025.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date for the specified shares.
