/KASE, June 13, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of ASTEL JSC (KASE ticker – ASTL) dated June 10, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: M. Kassymov;
• elected: B. Konirbaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ASTEL JSC consists of three persons.
