/KASE, June 11, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of June 25, 2025, trading in bonds KZ2D00007002 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, PKDAb1) of PC "APC "DAMU AGRO" (Shymkent) will be suspended on KASE.

The suspension is related to the general meeting of holders of the said bonds to be held on June 25, 2025, at which the issue of amending the issue prospectus of the said bonds will be considered.
