/KASE, June 5, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that as of June 5, 2025, trading in the following bonds of RG Brands Kazakhstan LLP resumed on KASE:

• KZ2P00007727 (KASE main market, category "bonds", RGBKb1);
• KZ2P00009970 (KASE main market, category "bonds", RGBKb2).

Trading in the specified bonds has been resumed due to KASE receiving amended bond issue prospectuses registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on May 29, 2025, according to which information on the receipt of income from the specified bonds and the intended use of funds earned from the placement of bonds has changed.

Trading in these bonds was suspended on KASE from May 13, 2025.
