Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market registered changes to issue prospectuses of bonds KZ2P00007727 (RGBKb1) and KZ2P00009970 (RGBKb2) of RG Brands Kazakhstan
/KASE, June 5, 2025/ – RG Brands Kazakhstan LLP (KASE ticker – RGBK) provided the amended issue prospectuses of the following bonds registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on May 29, 2025:
- KZ2P00007727 (KASE main market, category "bonds", RGBKb1, KZT 1,000; KZT 8.5 bn; 12.07.21 – 12.07.31; semi-annual coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2P00009970 (KASE main market, category "bonds", RGBKb2, KZT 1,000; KZT 30.0 bn; 10.08.23 – 10.08.33; semi-annual coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360).
The changes were made due to changes in information about the receipt of income from the specified bonds and the intended purpose of the money earned from the placement of bonds.
