/KASE, June 3, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Fincraft Resources JSC (KASE ticker – SATC) dated May 29, 2025, P. Mynzhanov was removed from the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC consists of four people.
