/KASE, June 3, 2025/ – The consolidated financial statements of Ai Karaauyl JSC (KASE ticker – AKRL) for 2024 and the auditor's report have been published.

According to the report of Independent Audit Company "Centeraudit-Kazakhstan" LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly in all material respects the consolidated financial position of Ai Karaauyl JSC and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2024, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
