/KASE, June 2, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of LOTTE Rakhat JSC (KASE ticker – RAHT) dated May 29, 2025, JIN HUN TAG was elected Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of LOTTE Rakhat JSC consists of five people.
