/KASE, April 30, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of May 13, 2025, trading in bonds KZ2P00007727 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, RGBKb1) of RG Brands Kazakhstan LLP (Almaty) will be suspended on KASE.

The suspension is related to the general meeting of holders of the said bonds to be held on May 13, 2025, at which the issue of changes and additions to the issue prospectus of the said bonds will be considered.
