/KASE, April 28, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since April 28, 2025 trading in common shares US8825081040 (sector "KASE Global", TXN_KZ) of Texas Instruments Inc. (USA) has been suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on April 30, 2025 and subsequent dates.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the specified shares will be April 30, 2025.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from May 2, 2025.
