According to the report of Grant Thornton LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly in all material aspects the consolidated financial position of ASTEL JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2024, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
