/KASE, March 27, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that since 27 March 2025 trading in international bonds XS2472852610 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, BRKZe13; $500.0 mln; 12.05.22 – 12.05.25, semi- annual coupon, 5.75 % per annum; 30/360) of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) has been suspended on KASE.

Trading was suspended due to the announcement by Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC of a tender offer for the specified bonds.
