On October 1, the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau Region declared invalid its order of August 2, 2024 on the cancellation of tariffs of Main Waterline LLP (100% of the shares belong to KazTransOil JSC) for the regulated service of water supply through main pipelines, approved by the order of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau Region dated June 19, 2024.

At the same time, from November 1, 2024, in accordance with the order of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau Region dated October 1, 2024, the average tariff of Main Waterline LLP for the regulated service of water supply through main pipelines is adjusted.
