/KASE, September 10, 2024/ – Altay Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 23, 2024:

• to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2023;
• not to consider the issue of paying dividends on the company's common shares for 2023.
