/KASE, August 22, 2024/ – LIC Freedom Finance Life JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an amended share issue prospectus, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market August 14, 2024, and a certificate of state registration of the issue of authorized shares of the company, replacing the one issued previously.

According to these documents:

• the certificate has been replaced due to a change in the name of the company;
• the issue of shares is divided into 3,800,000 common shares KZ1C00001585;
• the face value of one share is 1,000 tenge.
