/KASE, May 30, 2024/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 20, 2024.

The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the bank's audited annual financial statements for 2023;
• the bank's net income for 2023 in the amount of KZT20,426,061,227.44 shall not be distributed and no dividends on common shares will be paid.
