On March 1, 2024, the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) assigned the Bank's credit rating on the international scale "BB+" the status "Rating under review – developing". The rating action follows an announcement by Qatar's Lesha Bank LLC that it has entered into a preliminary agreement with National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC on potential acquisition of the Bank.
