/KASE, January 15, 2024/ – SilkNetCom LLP (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the sole partner dated January 8, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Supervisory Board:

• excluded: A. Syrymov, A. Turarbekov, K. Tashmetov;
• elected: Zh. Taiymbetov, T. Raissov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Supervisory Board of SilkNetCom LLP consists of two persons: Zh. Taiymbetov, T. Raissov.
