/KASE, November 2, 2022/ – "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated October 28, 2022, Y. Kambetbayev was excluded from the composition of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of four people: K. Arstanbekova, A. Karpykova, M. Naribayev, K. Mussayeva.
