/KASE, November 1, 2022/ – "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated October 28, 2022, Y. Kambetbayev was removed from the composition of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of three people: A. Borodovitsyna, S. Gavrilov, Z. Mukhametzhan.
