/KASE, September 13, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated September 12, 2022, the following persons were elected to the bank's Board of Directors:

• A. Mukhamejanov – member of the Board of Directors;
• Y. Khamitov – member of the Board of Directors;
• K. Sharlapayev – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC consists of five persons: A. Yelemessov, M. Madiyev, A. Mukhamejanov, Y. Khamitov, K. Sharlapayev.
