/KASE, September 13, 2022/ – "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 7, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: A. Sychev – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: Z. Mukhametzhan – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of four people: Y. Kambetbayev, A. Borodovitsyna, S. Gavrilov, Z. Mukhametzhan.
