/KASE, September 12, 2022/ – PartnerInterFreight LLP (Temirtau), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the general meeting of its partners held on September 5, 2022:

• to distribute part of the net income of the partnership for 2021 in the amount of 20,500,000 tenge between the partners;
• to pay dividends to partners by December 31, 2022.
