/KASE, September 9, 2022/ – Insurance company London-Almaty JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 7, 2022, the following changes were made in the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: A. Bekeshov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: B. Zhazdykbay – Chairman of the Management Board, S. Don – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, R. Popov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Insurance company London-Almaty JSC consists of three people.
