/KASE, September 6, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the following persons were excluded from the bank's Board of Directors on their own initiative:

• T. Kozintsev – member of the Board of Directors;
• N. Avdeenko – member of the Board of Directors;
• M. Moshiashvili – member of the Board of Directors (termination of powers as of September 9, 2022).

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC consists of two persons: A. Yelemessov, M. Madiyev.
