/KASE, September 5, 2022/ – Insurance Company London-Almaty JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated September 2, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Y. Balapanov – member of the Board of Directors, T. Suleimenov – Member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: T. Turlov – member of the Board of Directors, A. Sadykova – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of London-Almaty Insurance Company JSC consists of three persons: T. Turlov, A. Sadykova, Y. Burabayev.
