/KASE, September 5, 2022/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that from September 1, 2022 it has acquired 99.99776 % of shares of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC.
