/KASE, August 27, 2022/ – Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex JSC (Karazhal), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the payment starting from September 16, 2022 of dividends on preferred shares KZ1P00001044 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, JGOKp) for 2021 at KZT85.59 per share for a total amount of KZT829,281.51.
