/KASE, August 8, 2022/ – PartnerInterFreight LLP (Temirtau), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its partners dated August 12, 2022:

• to distribute part of the net profit of the partnership for 2021 in the amount of 16,950,000 tenge between the participants pro rata to their shares in the authorized capital;
• to pay dividends to participants.
