According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 970,812 pieces, preferred shares - 17,045 pieces;
• 939,332 common shares and all preferred shares of the company are outstanding;
• the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares is INTERINJ-ALMATY LLP, owning 939,332 common shares of the company (98.22% of the total number of the company's outstanding shares or 100.00% of the total number of the company's outstanding common shares).
