/KASE, June 24, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading in common shares US34959E1091 (KASE Global sector, FTNT_KZ) of Fortinet, Inc. (USA) has been suspended on KASE since June 24, 2022.

Trades were suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to KASE receiving information that a split with a 5 to 1 ratio was fixed for the said shares with the need to update information about the number of announced and issued shares.
