/KASE, June 16, 2022/ – PartnerInterFreight LLP (Temirtau), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of its partners dated May 30, 2022:

• to approve the financial statements of the partnership for 2021;
• to distribute part of the net income for 2021 in the amount of 49,500,000 tenge between the partners in proportion to their shares in the authorized capital;
• pay dividends to partners.
