/KASE, May 18, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 13, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management Board:

• removed: A. Anikina – Chairman of the Management Board, R. Patakhova – member of the Management Board, A. Shayakhmetov – member of the Management Board;
• elected: R. Vladimirov – Chairman of the Management Board, Y. Asylbek – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, A. Timchenko – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC consists of three persons.
