According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 1,200,000,000 pieces, preferred shares - 100,000,000 pieces;
• 30,073,000 common shares and 3,000,000 preferred shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is "FUND OF PROBLEM LOANS" JSC.
