According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 6,783,460 pieces, preferred shares - 11,100 pieces;
• 6,588,624 common shares and 9,689 preferred shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is KAZZINC LLP, who owns 6,592,226 shares of the company (99.91% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 6,588,624 common shares and 3,602 preferred shares of the company.
