/KASE, October 29, 2021/ – Estate Management Company (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated October 28, 2021, M. Qulman – deputy Chairman of the Management Board – was excluded from the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Estate Management Company JSC consists of three people: Y. Zhamanbayev, N. Myrzakhmedov, A. Gilmanova.
