According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 100,000 pieces, preferred shares - 10,000 pieces;
• 78,414 common shares of the company are outstanding, preferred shares have not been offered;
• the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is TAV KAZAKHSTAN LLP.
