/KASE, September 6, 2021/ – Fund of Problem Loans JSC (Almaty, bonds, KASE official list), has notified KASE that its sole shareholder on August 16, 2021 made the following changes to the composition Board of directors:

• to approve resignation of Y. Karashukeyev as member of the Board of Directors;
• to elect M. Sultangaziyev as member of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of Fund of Problem Loans JSC now consists of five persons: M. Sultangaziyev, B. Tashenev, Y. Yelshibayev, S. Kenesarin, Y. Turganalyiev.
