/KASE, August 17, 2021/ – Estate Management Company JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 12, 2021.

The Shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2020;
• not to pay dividends to the sole shareholder of the company on ordinary shares for 2020 as the company has not generated net income in 2020;
• to take into account the payment of dividends to the sole shareholder on preferred shares for 2020 in the amount of KZT30,000,000.00.
