/KASE, August 2, 2021/ – International Airport of Almaty (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 22, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Kadri Mete Erkal – member of the Board of Directors;.
• elected: Alp Er Tunga Ersoy – member of the Board of Directors;
