According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company is 1,200,000,000, preferred shares - 100,000,000;
• 30,073,000 common shares and 3,000,000 preferred shares of the company are outstanding;
• the sole Company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Problem Loan Fund JSC.
