/KASE, July 3, 2021/ – International airport of Almaty JSC provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers as of July 1, 2021.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company is 100,000, preferred shares - 10,000;
• 78,414 common shares of the company are outstanding, preferred shares have not been offered;
• the sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is TAV KAZAKHSTAN LLP.
