/KASE, May 20, 2021/ – International Airport of Almaty (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),has informed KASE that a new composition of the Board of Directors was elected by the decision of the sole shareholder dated April 29, 2021:

• Korshad Kochak – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• Emre Mutlu – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• Fatikh Omur – member of the Board of Directors;
• Kadri Mete Erkal – member of the Board of Directors, head of the executive body.
