/KASE, May 14, 2021/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on June 15, 2021 at 15:00 o'clock, the agenda of which includes, inter alia, the following issues:

• on early termination of powers of members of the company's Board of Directors;
• on determining the composition of members of the company's Board of Directors;
• on election of members of the company's Board of Directors;
• on determining the term of office of members of the company's Board of Directors.
